We are locally owned and celebrate our people every day.Our Retail Operations and Transformation team maintains a strong focus on SAP support, in-store operations, and checkouts across all three retail banners.
The team also works on new store openings, ownership changes, and various business initiatives.
This role extends our SAP deployment to 102 Four Square stores to drive greater efficiency, automation, and a consistent customer experience.
This is a fixed term role until November 2026.ResponsibilitiesDirectly support stores within BAU and special projects across SAP, Retail Systems & Retail Operational areas.Support agreed business process changes in stores.Regularly coach stores using your expertise on supported Retail Operations processes to improve performance.Collaborate with multiple business units to identify efficient ways of delivering services to member stores.Provide the Owner Operator with a balanced overview of Operational Compliance through KPI-driven support visits and recommendations for opportunities for improvement.About You / QualificationsExperience in retail operations and systems with a focus on continuous improvement for stores.A logical thinker with strong numerical reasoning skills.Highly organized, tenacious, and resilient with practical application to store projects and BAU deliverables in a retail environment.Agile in work approach to meet evolving store support and project deliverables.Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively.What We OfferFree car parking with over 1,000 spaces, including 36 free EV plugsOnsite café with subsidised meals, mini mart, and 5% discount at retail storesFlexible working options, a day off on your birthdayIn-house learning and development programmes, flu vaccinations, and social groups (Tribes)Additional InformationWe're committed to Diversity & Inclusion and welcome diverse backgrounds, including disability and neurodiversity.
