This role is all about ensuring our people are confident, capable, and making the most of the tools at their fingertips.ResponsibilitiesLead induction and training for new team membersProvide ongoing training and refreshers on Ray White systemsBe the first point of contact for all internal tech support needsWork closely with leadership to identify training gaps and opportunitiesQualificationsProven experience in an operations or administrative support role within the Real Estate industryStrong organisational skills and attention to detailStrong knowledge of Ray White systems and technologyComfortable with technology and quick to master new platformsA confident speaker who can train, present, and support others with easeA clear and effective communicator, both one-on-one and in group settingsProactive, approachable, and solution-focusedWhy Join Us?
