NUS-ISS is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Manager, Business Development for Executive Education Programme (EEP) position.
The role is to strategically drive EEP revenue growth and enhance the market presence of EEP offerings through proactive industry engagement and corporate partnerships.
The role aims to expand corporate partnerships to develop and implement comprehensive business plans that penetrate new markets / sectors and increase corporate engagement.

Job Description
Client Acquisition and Target Achievement :
Strategically drive increased Client Acquisition to meet and exceed targets for Executive Education Programmes
Leverage industry engagement and sectoral knowledge to enhance programme offerings and appeal
Strategic Planning and Market Penetration :
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aimed at penetrating new markets / sectors and expanding corporate engagements
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to facilitate collaboration and programme growth
Customer and Partner Relationship Management :
Lead initiatives to build and manage robust relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for industry partnerships, enhancing programme visibility and reach
Competitive Analysis and Programme Development :
Conduct thorough tracking and analysis of competitive offerings and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
Collaborate with internal teams to generate and implement programme development ideas, ensuring alignment with market needs
Market Feedback and Strategy Enhancement :
Collect and provide actionable market feedback to management on competitive positioning and client requirements
Develop and refine strategies for sectoral engagement through corporate and industry partnerships, enhancing programme relevance and competitiveness
Sectoral Engagement and Industry Partnerships :
Establish and nurture multi-year, multi-programme engagements with corporate and industry partners
Utilize an eye for detail to identify and capitalise on opportunities for sectoral engagement and client acquisition
Qualifications
A good degree from a reputable University with at least 10 years of business development, sales, customer account management, partner management and new programme / initiative management.
Business development experience in education, training and / or consulting products and services is preferred.
Strong sectoral knowledge and experience in client acquisition through industry partnerships.
Exceptional strategic planning and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyse market data and translate into actionable business strategies.
Possess good customer service, negotiation, communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills combined with an eye for detail with strong ability to develop relationships and establish networks.
Proven track record of successful development of new markets, customer engagement and management, with sectoral knowledge and strong hunting capabilities.
Good team player and able to deliver expected work results.
