Ray White Collective Property Management are looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for Property Management to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

This is a challenging, yet highly rewarding role where you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow our property management division.

Our ideal candidate will have proven business development experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and individual initiative to create new business opportunities and develop strong relationships. Above all, you must be tenacious, self-motivated and driven to succeed. Strong communication, people skills and impeccable presentation are essential.

In the perfect world whilst the business grows you will be required to also manage the properties and handle all facets of the PM business. This will only be a short term requirement as we expand so will the team. Property management experience would be advantageous and preferred, however support and training will be prioritised for the right candidate.
