About The RoleWorking within the Auckland sales team, this position is responsible for sourcing new business and new business opportunities, developing strong sustainable sales and sales leads.

The role will work with existing accounts and develop new opportunities across existing and new markets.

The role will work within an allocated vertical market, though will have primary responsibility to further develop other key markets.

Business Development Managers must be proactive, highly customer focused and be able expand both new and existing customer's knowledge of our products, services, and solutions.

About YouDriven and motivated to excel, you are a pragmatic, proven Business Development Manager.

You will be a great communicator, with strong, demonstrable influencing skills.

You will have exceptional customer service, and interpersonal skills.

You have a keen interest in technology, and you are, or shortly plan to be, an expert in radio and telecommunications solutions.

What excites you most is forming strong, value-adding relationships with existing customers, and potential customers in new and existing markets.You have an innate ability to form strong, long-term relationships with people at all levels of our current and future customer organisations, and you are excited by the opportunity to make a real difference to their business by devising and implementing solutions to tackle their problems.

Other Skills And Experience IncludeProven success in a technical or complex solutions sales or account management roleExisting radio and telecommunication skills and product experienceExcellent interpersonal skills demonstrated in the ability to form long term client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to integrate and implement technical solutions with management (in a fast-moving industrial environment with swift turnaround times)Proven ability to work alongside technical teams assisting with functional specification requirementsStrong written communication skillsExceptional customer service and customer advocacy skillsOwnership and responsibility for the roleDriven and motivated to excelAccurate reporting and forecasting of opportunities
