Overview
The Regional Relationship Manager role sits within the wider Retail Support Team in the New Zealand region. You will report to the Director of Stores – New Zealand and support approximately 50 Partners within the Auckland region across 30 businesses. You will work with a team of other Regional and Training Managers as well as Specsavers colleagues in the fields of Optometry and Audiology located in New Zealand.
The role & team
As the Regional Manager your adaptability and proactive approach is key. You will be a strong leader with commercial acumen, a natural ability to build relationships and a demonstrated ability to inspire our Partners. In managing your portfolio of stores, you will support Partners to maximise store performance while working collaboratively with our trading team to deliver the region’s annual plan and identify growth strategies.
Since this role is field-based, regular travel will be required.
