As one of two Customer Relationship Managers at Connexa you will be accountable for delivering and sustaining commercial outcomes for your nominated accounts. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers' business drivers and success criteria, co-designing and executing sales / business development strategies and growing profitable revenue. You will also manage customer data and records, organise meetings and communications, coordinate cross-functional teams, document processes, and maintain customer information, including generating reports, account planning and execution to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The role will suit a rising star customer relationship professional who is now looking to supercharge their career in a dynamic and growing company. Ideally you will have a passion for telco and you will pride yourself on your ability to build and nurture long-term sustainable customer relationships.
