In this role, you will manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolutions while analysing trends to drive continuous improvement.

The Detail

Manage and respond to customer communications across multiple channels

Conduct inquiries and analyse customer complaints

Liaise with dealerships, sales, and service management

Develop and maintain relationships with customers

Act as a primary contact for customer queries and complaints

Monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction

Promote best practices in customer complaint management

Gather and analyse customer feedback

Drive a positive complaints culture internally to ensure complaints are welcomed and encouraged

Train internal teams on complaint handling and support career development of the customer service team

Handle tribunal queries

About You

Experience handling and analysing complaints

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Ability to implement and drive processes

Ability to act with sensitivity and remain objective and impartial

Solutions-driven with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Methodical and able to remain calm under pressure

Very strong telephone, written and general communication skills

Negotiation skills
