As theVenue Manager at Andy's Burgers & Bar, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service.

You'll lead a passionate team to bring the restaurant's brand promise to life, while driving financial performance and operational excellence.

This role is pivotal in maximising value for both guests and the business, through strategic leadership, collaboration, and innovation.

You'll be empowered to make decisions, lead with purpose, and bring your vision to life.

You're a natural leader with a strong background in hospitality operations.

Your leadership will directly influence the restaurant's success—financially, culturally, and operationally.

You'll :

Lead and develop a team of staff, including direct reports.

Make key decisions on daily operations, cost control, and team management.

Collaborate with chefs and hospitality leaders to refine offerings and enhance guest satisfaction.

Drive cultural change and talent development, positioning the restaurant as a top employer in the industry.
