As theVenue Manager at Andy's Burgers & Bar, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service. You'll lead a passionate team to bring the restaurant's brand promise to life, while driving financial performance and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in maximising value for both guests and the business, through strategic leadership, collaboration, and innovation. You'll be empowered to make decisions, lead with purpose, and bring your vision to life. You'll work alongside talented professionals in a collaborative environment that values creativity, integrity, and excellence.

You're a natural leader with a strong background in hospitality operations. You thrive in dynamic environments, bring a people-first approach to leadership, and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership will directly influence the restaurant's success—financially, culturally, and operationally. You'll :
