Job Description

• Operate a high standard of service to our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets as well as a busy conference & events department
• Recruit, manage, motivate and maintain an exceptional service-oriented front of house team
• Manage supplier relationships, stock ordering and inventory levels
• Contribute to the hotel's financial objectives through effective forecasting, cost management and innovative promotions & events experience
