JO&JOE Auckland is looking for its next Food & Beverage Attendant.

Join the Auckland opening team and help provide a fun, friendly, and seamless guest experience while supporting bar and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests, locals and travellers alike.

Take food and drink orders accurately and assist with service at the bar or tables.

Run food to guests with energy and care, ensuring presentation and timing are on point.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment.

Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the F&B Supervisor.

Support the team during events and busy periods, helping create a lively and inclusive atmosphere.

Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including those related to food handling and alcohol service.

Qualifications

A natural flair for customer service.

A team player with a positive attitude.

A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Your Extras

Field of study : Hospitality or Restauration (preferred but not essential).

Professional experience : 1 year minimum in a similar role.

Language required : English.
