About the roleCentrally located in the heart of Auckland CBD, the award-winning boutique Fable Auckland Hotel is looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver outstanding services at the forefront of our hotel.Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the guest service experiences in our F&B venue.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will provide exceptional customer service, contributing to our high level of customer satisfaction at Cooke's Restaurant and Bar.

You will build genuine and authentic connections with every guest.

Your ability to promote products and services is essential, and you have immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills.This role will enable you to elevate your Food & Beverage career within a 5-star hotel environment.Responsibilities include : Deliver Front of House services in the restaurantAssist the bar services and deliver beveragesSupport the preparations of conference and function servicesConnect with guests and upsell Hotel's productsEnsure that the venue is kept clean at all timeAssist with other departments such as Kitchen and Front Office as neededUnderstand the company policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of other staff members and guestsSkills and Requirements : Previous experience and success in a similar F&B roleThe ability to professionally greet and serve guests as well as providing premium-standard table serviceThe ability to multi-taskThe ability to carry multiple plates at onceBartending and barista skills are advantageousAble to work efficiently and accurately at all timesFlexible to work rostered shifts across all 7 days a week, including morning, evening, weekends and public holidaysNew Zealand Citizenship, permanent residency or a current valid work visa is essential!
