Job DescriptionThe Pullman Food & Beverage / Room Service Attendant bridges the Culinary team's vision with the guest experience, contributing significantly to our overall progress.
Representing our brand and restaurant, you build upon the service standards guests come to recognise from the whole Pullman team.
In this role, you create memorable dining moments both in-room and in our venue by being attentive, knowledgeable, and proactive.
From recommending dishes and accommodating dietary needs to ensuring smooth and timely service, you are always focused on making each guest feel cared for.
You enhance the guest journey by sharing the benefits of Accor's loyalty programs in a welcoming and engaging way.
Adaptable and calm under pressure, you manage multiple priorities with confidence while anticipating guest needs to ensure every detail is handled with precision and care.
As a Food and Beverage / Room Service Attendant at Pullman, no two days are the same.
You will :
Create a seamless dining experience by setting up, serving, clearing tables, and delivering in-room dining
Ensure room service trays and trolleys are delivered and collected promptly, while respectfully maintaining guest privacy
Bring the menu to life for guests, offering recommendations and supporting those with special dietary needs
Use your product knowledge to create memorable guest experiences while maximising sales opportunities through recommendations and upselling
Work closely with other departments to ensure exceptional service and a consistently high guest experience
Introduce guests to the benefits of Accor's loyalty programs in a warm and engaging way
Keep work areas spotless and safe, always upholding food safety standards
Qualifications
Must have passion for quality, presentation and delivering outstanding customer service
Great communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guests
Possess a strong command of English both written and verbal
Able to work independently and in a team
Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
Available to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays, mornings and night shifts
Proven experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or room service is preferred
