You will set up, serve, clear tables, and deliver in-room dining, while ensuring guest privacy and safety.

You will promote Accor's loyalty programs in a welcoming, engaging way and manage multiple priorities with calm under pressure.Key responsibilities : Create a seamless dining experience by setting up, serving, clearing tables, and delivering in-room diningEnsure room service trays and trolleys are delivered and collected promptly, while respectfully maintaining guest privacyBring the menu to life for guests, offering recommendations and supporting those with special dietary needsUse product knowledge to create memorable guest experiences and maximise sales opportunities through upsellingWork closely with other departments to ensure exceptional service and a consistently high guest experienceIntroduce guests to the benefits of Accor's loyalty programs in a warm and engaging wayKeep work areas spotless and safe, upholding food safety standardsQualifications : Must have passion for quality, presentation and delivering outstanding customer serviceGreat communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guestsStrong command of English, both written and verbalAble to work independently and in a teamAbility to work well under pressure, think on your feet and make quick decisionsAvailable to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays, mornings and night shiftsProven experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or room service is preferredOur People & CultureWe hire for personality, train for skill.
