Responsibilities

- An Active & Dynamic Role : You’ll be on your feet, delivering food & drinks, engaging with guests, and keeping service running smoothly.
- Be the Menu Expert : Share your knowledge of our offerings, provide recommendations, and enhance the dining experience with confident and thoughtful service.
- Stay Sharp & Think Ahead : Anticipate guest needs, support your team, and keep the energy high in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications
Hospitality Experienced : Preferably with experience in medium to large restaurants; 5-star hotel experience is a bonusGuest-Centric : At least 3+ years in customer service, with a passion for creating great guest experiencesConfident & Clear : Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone - including taking room service orders professionallyEnergetic & Reliable : Positive, proactive, and ready to lift the vibe of the team.Quick on Your Feet : Thrive in fast-paced settings, multitask with ease, and stay composed under pressureBarista-Skilled : Coffee-making skills are a huge plus!Additional Information
