Responsibilities

Show Manaakitanga : Hospitality is about people - greet guests with warmth, make them feel at home, and create memorable experiences through genuine connections.
An Active & Dynamic Role : You’ll be on your feet, delivering food & drinks, engaging with guests, and keeping service running smoothly.
Be the Menu Expert : Share your knowledge of our offerings, provide recommendations, and enhance the dining experience with confident and thoughtful service.
Stay Sharp & Think Ahead : Anticipate guest needs, support your team, and keep the energy high in a fast-moving environment.
Teamwork is Key : Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Commitment to Safety : Understand food safety requirements, be mindful of allergies, and ensure every guest dines with confidence.

Qualifications

Hospitality Experienced : Preferably with experience in medium to large restaurants; 5-star hotel experience is a bonus

Guest-Centric : At least 3+ years in customer service, with a passion for creating great guest experiences

Confident & Clear : Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone - including taking room service orders professionally

Energetic & Reliable : Positive, proactive, and ready to lift the vibe of the team.

Quick on Your Feet : Thrive in fast-paced settings, multitask with ease, and stay composed under pressure

Barista-Skilled : Coffee-making skills are a huge plus!
