• Handle Vessel's port calls and ensure smooth & efficient operation when Vessel is in port.
• Ensure prompt / accurate flow of information with all concerned parties (Ship, Principal, Authorities, and Vendors
• Inward / Outward ship clearance (MPA, ICA, PSA & Terminals)
• Co-ordinate with external vendors on Ship's requirements
• Co-ordinate / liaise with Principal various departments pertaining to all Owners / husbandry requirements / matters.
• Ensure port call voyage file is kept in an organized manner & pass the completed file for invoicing to accounts department
