  • This role is an urgent hire

    • Core Duties

  • Declaring of Import / Export Permits (TradeNet)
  • Manage Shipping Documentations
  • Liaise with Overseas Suppliers / Shipping Line for Shipment Processing / Haulier for trucking of containers
  • Data Entry & handle Admin & Shipping Claim
  • Any other duties from time to time

    • Job Requirements

  • Must possess Certificate for Singapore Customs Competency Test for Declarants
  • At least 2 years experience in Customs declaration and shipping matters. On the job training will be provided
  • Minimum GCE "N" Level
  • Computer Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and write in Chinese (Liaise with Chinese Suppliers)
  • Good Interpersonal skill as Job Scope require to liaise with Salesman, Suppliers, Shipping company and Haulier
  • Able to write email for any Customs Queries or Discrepancies to Customs
  • Able to liaise with Shipping Company for all matters such as Damage Claim
