Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join the team at Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd. This contract position is based in Queenstown, Central Region and will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth operations of our sales processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing of customers' orders and invoicing
- Process purchase orders
- Responsible for import and export shipping arrangements
- Liaise with 3rd party logistics company for smooth delivery of order
- Customer relations management by resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Involved in stock take
- Maintain proper documentation in the department
- Ensure compliance of Information Security Management procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Your Skills
Candidate must be able to commit a minimum of 4 months1-2 years of experience in a sales administration roleProficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFamiliar with S4 Hana or SAP ECC6 software and sales processesYour Profile
