What you will doWorks with suppliers, production, materials and inventory management to ensure the appropriate materials are available to meet the production schedule.

Coordinates with inventory to time the shipment of specific materials in line with production schedules and inventory goals.

Works with suppliers to procure the appropriate materials for production.

May assist in the production scheduling process.Demand PlanningCost effective management of inventory levels which satisfy Business unit performance requirements.

Ensure purchases are in line with anticipated forecasts and demand trends, set service levels and in line with product lead-time.

Driving collaboration with commercial team to incorporate / challenge sales forecast and assumptions on demand.

Lead Business Unit activities and ensuring the accurate maintenance of master data related to planning parameters by analyzing trends and lead time changes.

Lead quarterly write off exercise with sales, L&D and finance.

Participate and contribute to monthly S&OP meetings with Sales, Procurement, Customer service and Product management to drive actions and facilitate decision making.

Work closely with various key stakeholders (commercial, PM, Global supplying plants, etc) to meet customers' expectations and requirements.

Gather, develop, analyses and validate historical data used in preparing forecasts.

Understanding of financial impact of forecasting and related decisions.

Lead new product phase in and minimize phase out exposures.

Support Ad-hoc reporting and additional duties when required.Supply PlanningMaintain accurate availability dates for PO issued to Supplier.

Respond within SLA to customers enquiries.

Escalate supply risk early and propose potential solutions, balancing cost and service level.

Ensure Follow up of materials arrivals into DC and resolves custom clearance issues with L&D.

Supports phase in phase process.

Optimize ocean and air freight cost for your Business Unit.

Resolves and coordinates with L&D on shipping issues / documentations / JIRA.BI and Reporting (Good to have)Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboard and reporting using BI.

Create and optimize SQLQUERIES to support reporting needs.

Develop and manage data models to support business analysis and operational monitoring.What we look forDegree in Supply Chain / Business / Operations or related field with minimum 3 years working experience.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Forecasting / Demand Planning.

Statistical Computation and analysis.

Computer literate, proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Knowledge on SQL will be an added advantage.

Willing to learn new thing.
