Manager, Supply Chain & Innovation Projects
Accountable for ensuring the on-time delivery of multi-category innovation launches across the group.
Build and maintain the innovation network, coordinating with Supply Chain partners to ensure seamless execution.
Identify and escalate innovation-related risks, incorporating insights from key Supply Chain stakeholders.
Act as the voice of the Supply Chain in the development and finalization of project plans.
Lead project timelines in partnership with PDI managers, supported by collaboration across all Supply Chain functions.
Oversee fast-tracked initiatives, including securing factory trial slots and allocating production capacity as needed.
Serve as the Supply Chain representative in weekly drumbeat meetings, driving alignment and issue resolution.
Manage resourcing needs in coordination with regional sourcing teams, considering constraints such as tax stamps, duties, and compliance requirements.
Lead and coordinate the Category Innovation Savings Plan, ensuring alignment with financial targets and delivery through robust project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience and at least 1 to 2 years in handling NPI and Project Managements
Proven track record of launching multiple projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and digital skills
Sound and round Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
