We are looking for an experienced people leader to step into the role of Manager, Analytic Enablement.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the systems, processes, and capability that underpin NAB\'s critical work, while leading a high-performing team and influencing outcomes at the centre of government.In this role you willProvide strategic leadership for the Analytic Enablement (AE) team, supporting staff and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Oversee the secure processing, publication, and dissemination of NAB reports and classified intelligence.Lead the development of analytic standards, coordinate training, and ensure quality assurance processes drive continual improvement.Maintain expertise in protective and information security requirements, and implement systems to manage risks and ensure compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, NZIC counterparts, and other key stakeholders to enable collaboration and knowledge sharing.Lead and develop a capable, high-performing team to deliver NAB\'s priorities.About You – Mou AnoTo succeed in this role, you will bring : Proven ability to lead teams, empower others, and deliver results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience delivering complex programmes of work.Excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Experience driving business improvement and supporting change.A collaborative, service-focused mindset, with curiosity and adaptability to embrace innovation and continuous learning.The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Special security clearance.You\'ll have the chance to work on issues that matter deeply to New Zealand\'s security and wellbeing, in a role where your leadership will directly shape how we deliver.Why Join Us?
