Ai Solution Architect - Manager

OverviewKia ora,Join our Digital, Data & Technology (DDT) team as an AI Solutions Architect at Manager level.

You'll shape practical, secure and scalable AI-enabled solutions and guide delivery teams to successful outcomes across sectors, with a strong focus on New Zealand's public sector.

Lead solution and process architecture for AI-enabled and automation outcomes, with a focus on clear delivery.ResponsibilitiesDesign agentic patterns and orchestration; produce solution architecture and business documentation.Own the technical delivery stream, including integration patterns and non-functional requirements (security, privacy, logging).

Coach on-shore juniors and guide offshore / SDC teams to deliver to time, quality and budget.Support pre-sales activity : shape proposals, estimate scope, and run demos / POCs.Skills and experience5-7 years proven experience in consulting and solution architecture, ideally in automation and AI-enabled delivery.Hands-on use of AI tools and strong understanding of AI technologies (models, agents, orchestration; e.g. RAG / embeddings).
