OverviewWe are looking for two immediately available Accounts Payable Officers to support two of our clients while they recruit roles permanently.
These roles will initially be a 4-6 week temp assignments, however may be extended beyond.
One role is based in Central Wellington and the other is based in Lower Hutt.RolesIn these roles you will be supporting the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Tasks may vary by assignment and could include : Processing a high volume of invoices using top tier FMIS systemsThree-way matching purchase ordersManage a shared inbox and answer queriesPayment runs (weekly and / or daily!)Supplier maintenanceAd hoc duties as requiredSkills & ExperienceRoleYou will have prior experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist role - ideally in a large organisation.
You will have experience in one of the top tier FMIS systems and have a strong attention to detail.
Beyond this, you will ideally possess some of the below : Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environments - step in and hit the ground running!
