About the RoleAs Accounts Administrator, you'll provide essential support to the Head of Business Services and Accounts Team Leads by ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry and administration of VHNZ creditors and debtors.Processing creditor and debtor invoices in Xero within set targetsMaintaining accurate contact details and accounts documentationSupporting internal controls and compliance with VHNZ policiesContributing to ongoing financial evaluations and improvement initiativesUpholding professional standards and health & safety practicesWhat You'll BringMinimum 3 years' experience in accounts administration (payable and receivable)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with Xero, Excel, and financial softwareAbility to handle sensitive financial information confidentiallyExcellent organisational and interpersonal skillsPositive, cooperative attitude and ability to work with diverse teamsWillingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environmentClear and effective communication skills—by phone, online, in person, and in writingVHNZ is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.To apply, send us your CV and cover letter telling us why you're the perfect fit.
