About the Role

This is a hands-on finance leadership role covering international operations, managing a portfolio and a small, capable team of 3. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll provide strategic insights, drive process improvement, and lead financial performance in a business that values innovation and work-life balance. This is a fixed-term maternity leave contract running through to May 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and commercial analysis to support decision-making
• Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting, and ensure a smooth and accurate month-end close
• Lead and coach a team of three across AP, AR, and general accounting functions
• Partner with international teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
