Information Management Technical Lead

About The Role

As the Information Management Technical Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of industry-standard Enterprise Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS).

This is a pivotal role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the EDRMS platform evolves to meet the organization's future needs.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance document and records management processes.

Serve as a key resource in Agile solution delivery, collaborating with product owners, managers, and system architects to implement product roadmaps.

Advocate for the EDRMS platform within the organization, promoting its benefits and ensuring effective user adoption.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing data insights to drive sustainable product development and solutions.

Communicate complex technical information clearly to a diverse audience, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a complex technology environment, ideally in a local government or similar organization.

You should have proven expertise in leading the delivery of large-scale EDRMS migrations, with in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server technologies.

Your Technical Skills

Proficiency in ITIL, Microsoft technologies, and Power Platform.

Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and APIs such as SharePoint REST and Microsoft Graph.

A solid understanding of data protection and compliance regulations, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Moreover, you should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships and effectively influence stakeholders.
