The Role

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting diverse and complex business systems — both SaaS and on-premise technology components.

Key Requirements

• Experience in Vendor and contract management – knowing how to use ReadyTech apps will be a bonus.
• Experience in collaborating across ARTs and participating in ART ceremonies.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff.
• 10+ years of experience working for an enterprise in a technology environment.
• 5+ years in a senior position with a focus on technology engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting diverse, complex business systems — SaaS and on-premise.
• 3+ years working in a true Agile environment, preferably using SAFe.
• Advanced stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
