The venue offers a mix of booths and tables for big groups or intimate gatherings with a menu blending classic Japanese and European techniques, including new-style sushi and sashimi, traditional dishes with twists, an extensive sake menu, Japan-inspired cocktails, and a range of beers.The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to step into the role of Chef de Partie.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.

You should be able to work well under pressure, be flexible to work evenings and weekends, and have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Comfort with working on a busy hot line is required.
