Senior Chef De Partie

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join us permanently at Little Creatures Brewery in Hobsonville.

This is a full-time position, 30+ hours per week, with an hourly rate between $26 to $30 per hour depending on the candidate.About the VenueLittle Creatures Hobsonville Village has been proudly delivering remarkable experiences since 2019!

This is a unique venue where you will get the support, love and care of a family-owned venue whilst retaining the job security and career prospects which come from being a part of New Zealand's largest alcohol beverage company – Lion.About the RoleAs Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, taking responsibility for one of the kitchen's sections and ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, contributing to the smooth running of service and helping mentor junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present high-quality dishes within your sectionMaintain consistent food standards and quality across all areasWork effectively under pressure to meet service demandsEnsure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followedContribute to menu development with innovative ideas and seasonal produceAssist with stock control, rotation, and ordering as requiredTrain and supervise Commis Chefs and Kitchen AssistantsYou will be joining and be supported by a large team of passionate and experienced hospitality professionals, and together you will continue providing unforgettable Little Creatures experiences for our customers and yourselves!
