The CDP will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and will be an integral part of the kitchen team.Supervise kitchen operations to ensure quality dishes.Maintain kitchen high standards.Plan menus with management and manage budget.Ensure food safety compliance.Foster creativity while adhering to brand concept.Collaborate with other departments for guest satisfaction.Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage.

Implement and maintain stock control procedures.Assist Head Chef with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service.Provide total customer satisfaction through efficient, friendly and professional service, leading by example when attending to guest requests.QualificationsBecause you've got it in you : Do not hesitate to go the extra mile.A palate dedicated to serving both the customer and the team.Teamwork comes naturally to you.A desire to learn and grow.Your Little Extras Are2-4 years experience in a similar roleHolds a Level 4 / 5 Diploma in Professional Cookery.Physically fit and able to stand for the duration of a shift (8 hours).
