OverviewCordis, Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade on a full-time basis (40 hours / week).

Cordis Auckland is a luxury hotel with 640 guest rooms and 18 flexible meeting spaces.

Key ResponsibilitiesRunning the In Room Dining section in a smooth and efficient mannerSupporting Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs, completing allocated tasks on time, and training them to run different sections in your absenceMaintaining high functionality and efficiency, demonstrating food cost control practicesEnsuring high standards of hygiene per HACCP standards within the kitchen and your sectionSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a 5 star hotel environmentAn up-to-date food hygiene certificateProven ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environmentLevel 4 or equivalent cookery certificateBenefitsA competitive pay rateFree Duty mealsDiscounts on car-parking ($5.50 per day)Free accommodation on our hotels worldwideWhat nowCordis, Auckland is a brand by Langham Hospitality Group.
