We are passionate about flavour, consistency, and working as a team to deliver exceptional food.Your RoleAs a Chef de Partie, you will : Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal dishes to the highest standardBe responsible for your section, ensuring it is consistently clean, organised, and well-preppedFollow recipes and plating guides to maintain consistency across all dishesManage daily mise en place and ensure stock is rotated and labelled correctlyCommunicate effectively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teamsSupport junior chefs and help maintain a calm, focused working environmentUphold all food safety and health & safety regulations at all timesContribute to new ideas, seasonal changes, and menu evolutionWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchenKeen to learn and grow within a professional kitchen settingA strong work ethic, good organisational skills, and attention to detailEnthusiasm for high-quality produce and contemporary cookingMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchenConfident managing a section independentlyProven ability to lead, train, and support junior staffA commitment to quality, consistency, and kitchen excellenceTo ApplyPlease specify in your application whether you are applying for the Junior or Senior Chef de Partie position.Include a short motivation letter telling us why you'd like to be a part of the Mr. Morris team.
