• The System Leadership Team at Crown Law are looking for an experienced government lawyer to join us, working as Crown Counsel until June
• .The System Leadership Team is based in the Attorney-General Group and assists the Solicitor-General fulfil her system leadership role for the Government Legal Network.

We leverage the collective strength of the government's 850+ lawyers and support those lawyers to do their jobs in agencies.This role will work with the Government Legal Network to support the provision of high quality legal services to government through :

The services Crown Law provides include matters covering judicial review of government actions, constitutional questions including Te Tiriti o Waitangi / Treaty of Waitangi issues, the enforcement of criminal law, and the protection of revenue.

Crown Law also administers the prosecution process in the criminal justice system, in particular, Crown prosecutions.We strive to incorporate and reflect te reo Maori and tikanga in the workplace.
