We offer a stimulating teaching, research and professional working environment in one of our three campuses : our main campus in Whakatane, Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland), Te Tai Tokerau (Northland) and Wairoa.This newly developed position supports and assists the Chief Executive Officer with aligning key initiatives to organisational priorities by co-ordinating, monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on strategic and operational projects.

You will need :

• Proven experience in project co-ordination or management, preferably supporting executive leadership.
• Experience and understanding of NZQA and TEC frameworks and requirements.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
