Job descriptionLevel 4 or higher qualification. Determine appropriate product mix, stock levels, and service standards based on customer demand and seasonal trends. Develop and implement purchasing strategies and pricing policies to maintain profitability. Coordinate in-store promotions and advertising to attract and retain customers. Provide product knowledge and customer service guidance to ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions. Prepare and manage budgets for store operations, including cost control and forecasting. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations. Monitor store performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and business owners to ensure smooth operations.

Pay Rate : $32 – $37 per hour
Hours of Work : 30 – 40 hours per week

- Minimum 2 years of experience.
