We have an exciting opportunity at Pak N Save Royal Oak for a Store Manager to join our team!
Over the last 12 months we’ve really invested in upgrading our store to ensure a top‑note customer experience. We’re now looking for a Store Manager who will keep their foot on the gas to help us to drive continuous improvement and support our vision to be the heart of the Royal Oak community.
This role would suit a seasoned retail manager with strengths in people leadership, driving team engagement as well as a good understanding of food retail.
The Role
Rostered Days : Tuesday‑Saturday
- Ensure operational delivery standards are met / exceeded across all departments – with a specific focus on supporting Fresh Foods.
- Overview and management of department sales and GP targets, ensuring cost goals are achieved and looking for opportunities for sales growth.
- Lead and influence our team of 240, supporting department managers and working closely with SLT.
- Assisting HR Manager and Department Managers with recruitment, disciplinaries and performance reviews where required.
- Working with compliance manager to ensure our store is fully compliant with all food safety and health & safety requirements.

Leadership capability you can demonstrate to lead, inspire, and develop our team of 240.The ability to self‑motivate and manage alongside the ability to balance multiple priorities.Comfortable being the go‑to person for the store, including occasionally attending to urgent matters outside standard hours.Knowledge of SAP.Proven management experience in a retail environment across Dry Goods and Fresh Food Departments.A hands‑on leader who enjoys getting involved in store operations and financials and setting departments and leaders up to succeed.If this role sounds like a good match for you, apply today!
