Assistant Store Manager / Retail Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic focused and friendly management-oriented person to join our small team in delivering excellent services to our clients. As the Assistant Store Manager / Retail Supervisor your primary responsibility is for the smooth operation and ensure the store builds and maintain its reputation for providing excellent customer service to encourage, develop and maintain customer loyalty. The Assistant Store Manager / Retail Supervisor is responsible for the profitable operating of the store and ensuresngrowing retail sales in all categories and for identifying and implementing best practice in all functions of the business. You as the Assistant Store Manager / Retail Supervisor is expected to be first and foremost a leader of the team, to lead by example, through actions and by maintenance of excellent relationships, disciplines and processes.

This position ensures competent capable employees are recognised and developed through ongoing training

Minimal 1 year plus Management experience required

Wages / salary $32 per hour for all hours worked

Preferred skills (but not limited to) :

An individual with relevant experience and capabilities to take on management responsibilities

Clean criminal background; police clearance will be required

Knowledgeable of and potentially experienced in health and food safety and personal hygiene standards required for businesses that deal with food items

A full and clean drivers license
