Our showroom serves as a hub for showcasing our premium products and engaging with both new leads and recurring customers.

Role Overview :

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales targets across retail, trade, and online channels. Your responsibilities will extend beyond the showroom's physical boundaries, as you actively engage with leads and customers beyond the lease line. Additionally, you will be tasked with following up on online leads and maintaining showroom standards to align with our national presentation guidelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets in retail, trade & online. This position will offer great diversity through its range of sales channels, where you will have access to multiple opportunities to grow sales and deliver results.

This position requires a well-rounded individual with energy and enthusiasm to help drive company objectives. You will demonstrate pride in your sales work as well as maintaining your showroom to the highest of standards.

Showroom Opening Hours : Monday - Friday : 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales targets across retail, trade, and online platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards in line with company guidelines.
• Follow up on online leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives.

Requirements :

Your key focus in this role with be to drive sales in all divisions of the business and offer first-class customer service, including pre and post-sales. Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to build strong and effective working relationships will be integral to your success.
