Overview
Join our Go-To-Market team as a mid-level Product Manager, on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, and drive the evolution of our industry-leading Fraud and Identity products. You’ll define and deliver product strategies that help customers combat fraud and streamline identity verification, enabling frictionless digital customer acquisition for government, financial institutions, and beyond. Your work will shape the future of our Biometrics service, AML / CTF protection, and fraud risk minimization capabilities. We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help grow our capability and take products to market faster while driving our strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Market Opportunity Assessment - Analyze data and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities to support overall Market Understanding; Gather data to support identification of customer needs and define elements required to meet customer needs
- Product Definition - Contribute to prioritization of opportunities; support review of buy, build, partner approaches to further develop product understanding and options
- Product Strategy & Planning - Contribute to the development of business cases and product roadmaps used in product strategy and planning sessions
- Product Delivery & Launch - Provide descriptions and requirement definitions for product development; prepare for and support product launches in market
- Growth & Portfolio Management - Monitor product adoption and use, collect customer feedback to support product lifecycle management; track and monitor product performance including revenue and margin; collect, analyze and interpret data to support conclusions and present insights
What Experience You Need
3+ years of product management experience in an enterprise environmentDemonstrated experience conducting market scans, including competitor analysis, market driver analysis, and legislative / regulatory environment assessment, specifically for New ZealandProven ability to validate, enhance, or create product strategies based on market research findingsExperience engaging and working with customersExperience in vendor management, particularly with vendors reselling productsDemonstrated ability to be curious and autonomous in a complex environmentProven experience working in a Product Management environment is a plusDemonstrated experience being able to present visually to audiencesProven experience influencing cross functional stakeholdersWhat Could Set You Apart
