Join us as a Product Manager to drive innovation and lead the product lifecycle and portfolio management for our global Marine products.

This is a dynamic role where you'll drive performance, reduce complexity, and deliver results across a broad product range.What You'll Do : Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle : development, launch, review, and continuous improvementManage customer / sales interaction and lead product innovation within the Hella Marine portfolioAct as the technical product expert across internal teams and with customersCollaborate with Sales, R&D, Logistics, Quality, and Production to optimize product performanceManage product master data across SAP / PDM / PIM and maintain up-to-date documentationAnalyze market trends, product performance, and competitor activityEnsure clear communication and up-to-date documentation for catalogues, training materials, and exhibitionsSupport pricing strategy and lifecycle decisions based on data and commercial insightsContribute to corporate initiatives in health, safety, and continuous improvementYOUR QUALIFICATIONSWhat You'll Bring : A qualification in engineering or a related science discipline (degree preferred)3–5 years of experience in a product management environmentProven technical writing and reporting skillsStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemsA proactive, hands-on attitude and sound commercial judgmentHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAdvantages if you have marine industry experience and exposure to global product development or export-oriented environmentsWhat We Offer : A full on-site canteenFree parkingDiscounted health insurance with Southern CrossProfessional developmentLong-term employmentThe opportunity to work on innovative and ground-breaking technologyFocus on health, safety, diversity, and inclusionAnnual flu vaccinationsA supportive and friendly work environmentEven if you do not meet all our requirements, we encourage you to apply.
