You will coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, including SMEs, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and the Data Management Office to execute data initiatives, help in future-proof our data platforms, and ensure we meet regulatory, customer, and bank requirements. You will be responsible for embedding best practice data management, developing guidance for product teams and senior leaders, and translating complex data challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps. Your work will empower teams to take greater ownership of data, improve business outcomes, and support a strong risk and privacy culture. Building strong relationships and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment will be central to your success.O pukenga | About youYou will have 10+ years" experience in financial services or a related sector, with at least five years specialising in data.

You"re skilled in project management, leading complex change, and have a strong understanding of data processes, governance, and controls. Your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions (and vice versa), along with excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, will set you apart. You"re collaborative, outcome-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
