About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product & Design team and lead the creation of experiences that transform governance from a chore into a strategic advantage.

You\'ll work closely with our Chief Design Officer, Product, Tech and Customer teams to design intuitive, delightful and impactful workflows.

This is a key role for a design thinker who thrives on reducing complexity and delivering real impact to thousands of board professionals globally.

What You'll Be Doing

Design user experiences that remove friction from complex board workflows

Turn business goals into simple, elegant solutions that drive adoption and engagement

Use research and user insight to refine designs and solve real-world problems

Lead and influence cross-functional design thinking, championing customer-centric outcomes

Optimise existing platform features and develop new capabilities to meet evolving governance needs

Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation and design fidelity

Contribute to a culture of brilliant simplicity, inclusion and continuous improvement

What you'll bring

4–6 years of experience designing B2B SaaS products

Strong proficiency in tools like Figma and user research methods.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for design with diverse audiences.

A pragmatic, user-focused mindset that balances ambition with feasibility.

Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design and modern UX patterns.

Experience in agile teams and fast-paced product environments.
