ROLE IMPACTAs a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer, you will play a central role in shaping the visual identity of ZURU's toy brands.

You'll be responsible for crafting visual assets that bring product stories to life while ensuring brand consistency across all touch points.

You'll lead creative execution across photography, pitching decks, digital showroom assets, social content , and more.

Working closely with Global Marketing and other key teams, you'll translate product narratives into visually engaging work that aligns with brand strategy.What You'll DoDesign & Execution : Develop and execute brand-aligned visuals for digital (social, eComm), video (showroom assets), and retail (shelf, POS)Lead asset production from concept to delivery—including planning and art directing photoshoots, animation, and motion contentTranslate brand and product narratives into engaging, cohesive visual campaigns across formatsCreate motion assets in After Effects and Premiere Pro—such as animated content , reels, and short-form brand videosCollaborate with in-house 3D / motion team to bring creative ideas to lifeBuild brand guidelines, mood boards, and design templates that reflect each brand's tone and strategyWork cross -functionally to deliver high-impact creative that supports global campaignsBrand Development & QualityRefresh and evolve visual identities to stay trend-forward and category-relevantApply insights from toy trends, packaging, and kids' content culture into visual outputsEnsure creative output meets brand, quality, and colour standards across all formatsOversee production workflows and manage delivery of packaging and promotional materialsBrief and guide external partners including illustrators, animators, and photographersChampion visual standards and brand integrity across teamsPartner with marketing, product , and sales to align creative with business goalsParticipate in brainstorms to shape new brands, products, and campaign directionsSkills & Experience5–8+ years' experience in a similar senior design roleTertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related fieldExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and FigmaStrong skills in layout, typography, colour theory, animation, and attention to detailCreative problem-solver with a fast, flexible workflowProven ability to manage multiple projects to tight timelinesCollaborative and self-directed, with excellent communication skillsExperience using project management tools such as Hive, Airtable, or similar platformsAdded Advantage If You HaveExperience with 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D or BlenderIllustration and storyboarding capabilitiesFamiliarity with trends in toy branding and digital-first marketingExperience managing or briefing external creative teams or agenciesLIFE@ZURUZURU is on a quest to reimagine tomorrow.
