As a Senior Brand Designer for Haier, based at our current East Tāmaki Design Centre, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is expressed across every touchpoint. This is a hands‑on creative role where you’ll engage with internal stakeholders, external partners and agencies to respond to briefs and deliver beautiful, effective, brand‑aligned design solutions.

The majority of your work will be consumer‑facing, taking brand direction and translating it into considered executions across campaigns, packaging, digital channels and in‑store experiences. You’ll use design thinking and creative problem‑solving to elevate our brand, continuously improving the customer experience while ensuring consistency and integrity across all collateral.

Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work closely with our design function, marketing teams, and business leaders, ensuring each project is well planned, well executed, and reflective of the premium global brand Fisher & Paykel is known to be. You’ll also bring your own perspective – spotting opportunities for design improvement and sharing insights and best practice across the organisation.

Who are you?

We’re looking for an experienced designer with a well‑rounded skillset and a passion for brand storytelling. You’ll have proven experience working across a variety of brands and channels, and you’ll be confident taking a brief, scoping an approach, and delivering results that are both creative and strategic. Importantly, you’ll be someone who thrives on collaboration, able to build relationships and influence across diverse teams to achieve the best outcomes.
