Product Manager - Enterprise

What you'll do :

As Product Manager - Enterprise, you'll take ownership of shaping our enterprise product portfolio to deliver value for our largest customers and for Genesis.

This is a highly strategic role where you'll :

Develop and implement product strategies that grow revenue, acquire new customers, and increase long-term customer value.

Build and manage a product portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment to customer lifecycles and business goals.

Conduct deep market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Lead product initiatives in an agile environment, from ideation through to launch, service, and continuous improvement.

Create compelling business cases backed by analysis and insights to influence senior stakeholders.

Champion the customer, ensuring their needs are central to product design and experience.

What you'll bring :

We\'re looking for a proactive and strategic thinker who\'s as comfortable with data as with big-picture planning.

You\'ll bring :

5+ years\' experience in product management or product marketing, ideally with exposure to enterprise or complex service industries.

Proven experience in identifying new value streams and launching innovative products to market.

Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into commercial outcomes.

Experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including Go To Market planning and execution.

Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, backed by strong communication and collaboration skills.

A structured, organised approach with resilience and a drive to deliver.

Our preference is for a candidate with experience within the energy sector but this is not a must to be considered.
