Join us as a Senior Product Manager - Data and help shape the future of data management and strategy for our Business and Corporate Banking teams.
As Senior Product Manager - Data, you will lead the design and delivery of strategic programmes to uplift customer data quality, governance, and controls across Business and Corporate Banking.
You will coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, including SMEs, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and the Data Management Office to execute data initiatives, help in future-proof our data platforms, and ensure we meet regulatory, customer, and bank requirements.
You will be responsible for embedding best practice data management, developing guidance for product teams and senior leaders, and translating complex data challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps.
Your work will empower teams to take greater ownership of data, improve business outcomes, and support a strong risk and privacy culture.
Building strong relationships and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment will be central to your success.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of strategic programmes to uplift customer data quality, governance, and controls across Business and Corporate Banking.
Coordinate with stakeholders including SMEs, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and the Data Management Office to execute data initiatives and future-proof data platforms.
Embed best practice data management and develop guidance for product teams and senior leaders.
Translate complex data challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps and empower teams to take ownership of data.
Support a strong risk and privacy culture and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in financial services or a related sector, with at least five years specialising in data.
Skilled in project management, leading complex change, and a strong understanding of data processes, governance, and controls.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions (and vice versa), with excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative, outcome-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
Relevant tertiary qualification is required.
