The role is designed to grow with you, giving you the chance to build a team around you and support their development as the business expands.

You will ideally have : Solid product management experience in financial servicesStrong understanding of KiwiSaver and / or Insurance productsCustomer focused mindsetA team player who builds strong relationshipsComfortable balancing priorities in a busy, evolving environmentDay to day responsibilitiesTaking ownership of KiwiSaver and Insurance products from strategy through to deliveryWorking closely with teams across the business to make sure products are compliant, and fit for purposeKeeping on top of industry changes to ensure products stay competitive and relevantLooking for ways to improve what's already in place, while spotting opportunities for growthGuiding and supporting other product team members along the wayAbout the companyWe're working with a long standing New Zealand financial services business that has built its reputation on supporting everyday Kiwis.
