We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to assist our team across the summer at our busy seasonal cafe.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working under pressure with a high level of efficiency, cleanliness and is passionate about creating delicious food.
Skills and experience in baking would be advantageous.This is a part-time casual position with the potential to increase hours through our busy summer period (December / January).
Our season runs from October-April including public holidays.
Availability over Labour Weekend and the Christmas / New Year period is essential.About us : We are a busy PYO berry farm and have become a well known destination for local and international visitors.
Our visitors love our fresh strawberries, real fruit ice creams, adventure park activities and browsing our farm shop.
We grow a variety of berries and are focused on premium quality, taste, consumer health, and environmental sustainability.
