Based at our beautiful Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village in Birkenhead, you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to : ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the villageEnsure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residentsLead, develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care and treatmentEnsure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered toProvide support to the Village ManagerWe have a Fixed Term role available for 3 months starting immediately till the end of December 2025.
Days of work are Tuesday to Saturday.Who are you?
